About Rita Jakab:

 I graduated from the University of Miskolc in Hungary in 2011 with a master’s degree in teaching Hungarian language and literature, and cultural and visual anthropology. I have extensive experience in the education of Hungarian children living abroad. 

I was an educator of the Hungarian House of San Diego, California, the Arany János Hungarian School of New York, and Lang Chiao International School in China. Since 2019 I am a teacher of the Online Hungarian School.

In our school Hungarian children living in different parts of the world study together, getting to know each other and how other people in other Hungarian diaspora live. Thus, the teachers, students and parents of our school form a large, Hungarian, global, virtual community in which great acquaintances and friendships develop.
