Why I wanted to participate in ViVID:

“As a former ESL teacher, teaching my native language (Thai) as a foreign language is challenging. The way we teach Thai to the native Thai students like when I was in school is totally different from teaching Thai to non-Thais. I had a privilege to be nominated and received Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistantship in 2017-2018. That was my starting point of my Thai teaching journey. The important duties for teachers are not only know the language, but they also how to make the classroom activities practical, authentic, and fun for students. Furthermore, technology plays a vital in today’s teaching, I would like to know more of instructional technology that can help me to design my lesson and help my students to learn.”
