Why I wanted to participate in ViVID:

“I have been teaching for less than 10 years before teaching a Dual Language Classroom. It was fascinating to see the steps of language acquisitions and ever since my interest is on how to move students from step to step and how do I help students feel comfortable in switching between languages. I have hopes that this project will allow me to learn different approaches to helping the students acquire language.”
